Trade services
The operating layer of a trade. This is what we actually charge for — not for introducing you to a supplier.
Factory audit & verification
$250 – $1,200Independent on-site audit covering premises, machinery, capacity, quality system and labour practices, plus registry and certification verification. Delivered by an independent audit partner — not by us — because independence is the point.
Pre-shipment inspection
$320 – $480 / man-dayThird-party inspection against your confirmed specification and AQL plan, with photographic evidence. Mandatory on every first order between a buyer and supplier, and the result gates the middle payment milestone.
Managed FDA Programme
$3,500 / yearFDA establishment registration, US-agent designation and device listing, handled on behalf of participating manufacturers. The establishment fee alone is $11,423 this year — prohibitive for one workshop, straightforward across a cohort.
CPSC certificate preparation
From $650 per SKUThird-party CPSIA lab testing coordinated before shipment, and a Children's Product Certificate prepared for you to issue and eFile. The certificate is legally yours to issue as the importer — we prepare it, you sign it.
HS classification advisory
$120 per classificationA researched classification recommendation with reasoning, for your licensed customs broker to confirm. Classification is your legal responsibility as Importer of Record; we advise, we never file.
Freight & customs orchestration
Margin on partner rateBooking through vetted freight forwarders, shipment milestone tracking, sailing cutoff alerts, and a validated document pack handed to your customs broker.
Document vault
IncludedEvery specification, inspection report, certificate and shipping document retained for five years — the period CBP requires importers to keep records.
Landed-cost modelling
IncludedMFN duty, Section 301 forced-labour duty, fees, brokerage and freight modelled as separate layers, with an as-of date and scenario modelling for policy change.
We will not act as your Importer of Record. The IOR bears full liability under the "reasonable care" standard, and Executive Order 14411 tightened those requirements further in 2026 with asset and bond minimums and enhanced vetting. A platform acting as IOR across hundreds of buyers would be aggregating unlimited customs liability for goods it neither made nor controls. We make you a well-equipped Importer of Record instead. If another platform offers to take that role, ask what assets and bonds sit behind the offer.
