E-Com Market Place operates in three verticals. We chose them where Pakistan's manufacturing base is genuinely world-class, where US regulation is complex enough that solving it creates real value, and where the incumbent suppliers sit in a higher tariff tier.

Medical, Surgical & Dental Instruments
Sialkot produces more than 150 million instruments a year — more than any other city on earth — and roughly 95% of that output is exported. The United States is the largest surgical-instrument import market in the world at about $3.4bn a year, and already takes around 27% of Pakistan's surgical exports. What stops smaller US buyers from sourcing here is not supply: it is FDA establishment registration, US-agent designation and device listing. E-Com Market Place handles all three.

Sports, Fitness & Protective Equipment
Sialkot manufactures around 70% of the world's hand-stitched inflatable footballs — roughly 40 million units a year — alongside boxing, MMA, cricket and fitness equipment. Pakistani sports-goods exports grew 13.3% year on year in Jul–Feb FY2025-26. Pakistan sits in the 10% Section 301 tier against 12.5% for China, Vietnam and Turkey, which is a genuine landed-cost advantage in exactly the categories those three dominate.

Leather Goods & Accessories
Pakistan's leather cluster spans Sialkot (gloves, motorcycle apparel, sports leather) and Karachi (tanning, bags, accessories). Leather footwear exports rose 10.1% to $137.6M in FY25. This is the vertical with Pakistan's strongest relative tariff position — its three main competitors, China, Vietnam and Turkey, all sit in the 12.5% Section 301 tier against Pakistan's 10%. Because the Section 301 action is specifically a forced-labour measure, E-Com Market Place requires a social-compliance audit at Tier 3 in this vertical.
