Compliance profile
Intended for children aged 12 and under. A Children's Product Certificate is required, based on testing at a CPSC-accepted third-party laboratory. The CPC must be issued by you as the US importer — a certificate issued by the factory is not valid.
Electronic filing of the certificate with CBP has been mandatory since 8 July 2026.

Under the Textile Fiber Products Identification Act the product must be labelled with fibre content by predominance with percentages, the manufacturer or dealer identity, and the country of origin. E-Com Market Place validates label artwork against these requirements before shipment.
